John views Watlington Art Show

John took the opportunity to call in to Watlington Art Show being held at the primary school. This annual show is a school fundraiser which also gives local artists an opportunity to display and sell their works. Works included paintings, sculptures, jewellery, glassworks and ornaments.

John joins Sustainable Kirtlington to celebrate Clean Energy project

John joined the Sustainable Kirtlington Group to celebrate the opening of their Clean Energy Project at the Village Hall. The project involved the intallation of 32 solar pv panels on the roof or the villlage hall, a battery to store excess energy and 2 electric vehicle charging points.

John meets with Watlington Climate Action Group

John met with members of Watlington Climate Action group to hear about their particular concerns and answer questions. The evening was attend by about 40 people from Watlington and surrounding villages.

John visits Kidmore End Neighbourhood Plan Exhibition

The Parish of Kidmore End is yet another community to take up the opportunity to develop a Neighbourhood Development Plan. This weekend they held one of their public exhibitions which John attended. He talked with members of the Steering Group and saw what they had done so far.
